WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and outstanding customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

  • Merchandise is fully covered by our 90-day warranty policy. The warranty policy starts on the original date of purchase.

  • Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer warranty.

  • We agree, at our option, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90-day warranty period.

  • Defective products returned to us in its original packaging with all accessories and the owner manual will be replaced or repaired.

  • Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.

  • This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

           (1)       modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than us;

           (2)       physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;

           (3)       any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or

           (4)       shipment of the product to us for service. This warranty does not cover labor costs.

  • If the returned product(s) meets all of the above requirements, and we can't repair or replace it, then a refund will be issued less the shipping and handling costs.

  • The 90 days warranty does not apply to free items that come with any purchases. There is no warranty for free items.

  • A 20% restocking fees will apply on non-defective returns after 30-day from purchase date, and a cash refund will be issued.

  • If non-defective items returned within 30 days are not in resalable condition due to use, then 20% restocking fees will also applied to the items.

  • All returned items should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".

  • All shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility. No returns sent COD will be accepted.

  • If item received with shipping damages, please contact us within 7 days from receiving.

    We do not warranty shipping damaged parts after 7 days from receiving.
